 Once, there was a kid who became exhausted when he looked after the town sheep brushing on the slope. To engage himself, he sang out, "Wolf! Wolf! The wolf is pursuing the sheep!"

At the point when the residents heard the cry, they came running up the slope to drive the wolf away. In any case, when they showed up, they saw no wolf. The kid was entertained while seeing their furious appearances.

"Try not to shout wolf, kid," cautioned the locals, "when there is no wolf!" They irately returned down the slope.

Once more later, the shepherd kid shouted out, "Wolf! Wolf! The wolf is pursuing the sheep!" To his entertainment, he looked on as the locals came running up the slope to frighten the wolf off.

At nightfall, the locals went searching for the kid who hadn't gotten back with their sheep. At the point when they went up the slope, they thought that he is sobbing.
