Shorts - History of Red Fort


 The Red Stronghold (Lal Qila) is a landmark underlying 1648 that ascents 33 meters (108 ft) above Old Delhi.[1] It was worked by the Mughal Ruler Shah Jahan. The post is situated in the focal point of Delhi, India.[2] It is made of red stone and marble. It was based on the right bank of the Yamuna Waterway.

The Red Stronghold was initially alluded to as "Qila-I-Mubarak" (the favored post), since it was the home of the regal family. The format of the Red Post was coordinated to keep and incorporate this site with the Salimgarh Stronghold. The preparation and style of the Red Stronghold address the high point in Mughal imagination which occurred during the rule of Sovereign Shah Jahan. This Stronghold has had numerous increases after its development by Head Shah Jahan. It is a World Legacy Site.[2] it is made from red sandstone.
